The first sticker is Dutch and says ‘nee’ or no to printed matter without a proper address but ‘ja’ or yes to things like local newspapers. That’s the one I finally put on my front door to stop the constant flow of paper coming into my house. By constant I mean four to five times a day! The second sticker is from Québec, Canada and the equivalent of a Dutch no/no sticker. The Dutch use two stickers and words, while the Québec one is a pictogram and unique, as not having this sticker is the same as the Dutch no/yes sticker.
